Sikorsky  HO4S  Chickasaw
 
The Sikorsky S-55, once a very widespread helicopter type. Some are still flying, some equipped with turbine engines. The H-19 had a radial engine fitted in the bulbous nose, behind clamm-shell doors. The fuselage was deep and box-like, with the cockpit high on top above the spacious cabin. The H-19 was used by the USAF, the USN, the USMC and the USCG --- the Navy designations were HO4S and HRS.
